These terms apply when you use PromoCodes.com.au, operated by Competitions Pty Ltd. By using the site you agree to them.

Codes and offers

Offers are set by the stores, not by us. Stores can change or withdraw an offer at any time, and each offer is subject to the store's own conditions (minimum spend, eligible products, new customers only and so on). We work hard to keep listings accurate, but we can't guarantee that any code will work or that an offer is still available.

Third-party stores

When you click through to a store, you leave our site. Your purchase is a contract between you and that store, and the store is responsible for its products, prices, delivery and refunds. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Submitting codes

If you submit a code, you confirm it's a genuine, publicly shareable offer and not a personal or single-use code. We may edit, decline or remove any submission.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site, submit misleading feedback, or try to disrupt it. We may block access for misuse.

Our content

The site's design, text and data compilation belong to Competitions Pty Ltd. Store names and logos belong to their owners and are used to identify their offers.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from an offer not working as described.
